Our Stewardship – Overview

St. Paul's continues to explore what it means to be a good steward. We have developed a deeper understanding of stewardship through:

We seek to be better stewards of our personal lives and of our environment.

Our Vestry has led the way by adopting a stewardship commitment that includes a striving towards proportional giving and the Biblical tithe.

 Vestry Statement on Stewardship

As a means of praising God, Vestry members strive to be faithful stewards,
giving proportionately of their income and generously of their time and talent
 for God’s work through the church and in the world.
We encourage this wonderful community to do the same.
At St. Paul’s, we believe that all we have has been entrusted to us from God.
Christian stewardship—
the just and prayerful expending of energy, love, care and money—
is our response to this trust.
In stewardship, energy turns word into action; love redeems all people;
care provides healing; and money sustains God’s ministries
 to the community and the world.

We pray that God will transform
all that we have and all that we are
into the fulfillment of God's creation.
