Greetings from the people of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church to those discerning a call to ordained ministry with us in Richmond, VA.
Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
St. Paul’s gives thanks that God is making all things new—even in our own lives!
Our congregation is strong in spirit and in mission. We are an inclusive people, welcoming all who seek a closer relationship with God and one another in Christ, regardless of race, economic means, gender, sexual orientation, ability, doctrine or discipline. Our pulpit and our sanctuary are offered as a source of inspiration and comfort to the entire Richmond community. Our Active Church
What new expression will we give to Christ in the heart of the City?
Metropolitan Richmond is growing in numbers and diversity of peoples. In downtown we witness expanding business and government offices, universities, arts and entertainment venues, and new residential communities, all while preserving our historic architecture and spectacular downtown James River Park System. Yet, not all in our City share this abundance. Our Growing City
How can we extend God’s radical hospitality to all who live, work and wander in our City?
Our resources are ample and various. We enjoy beautiful facilities, built in 1845 and renovated 13 years ago. Our generous endowments sustain our facilities and encourage our outreach.
