Thoughts from "Such Great Heights"

  1. Take St. Paul's music to the streets-festivals, races, events, etc.
  2. Lead public prayer and homily at historic sites for the healing of the City
  3. Convene "public discourse" on issues facing the Downtown community
  4. Organize support groups for the Downtown community
  5. Open an "oasis" café for respite and support of Downtown workers
  6. Strengthen the midday Eucharist
  7. Create a web-based network for Downtown residents using Facebook and Twitter
  8. Enhance marketing of St. Paul's offerings to the Downtown community
  9. Expand lunch-time programs (e.g., Eyes on Richmond, Lenten Lunches, Jazz Lunches)
  10. Offer St. Paul's van transportation for Downtown community to St. Paul's events
  11. Open a "store front" gathering place East of Ninth Street
  12. Offer a monthly prayer breakfast
  13. Celebrate on the First Friday's Art Walk a "Liturgy of Creation"
  14. Add a fourth worship service (possibly with jazz or bluegrass music)
  15. Hire a full-time clergy missioner to the Downtown community
