Advent Quiet Day
Prayer, Meditation, Silence
Prayer will frame the day, which will begin in the Chapel with Morning Prayer and conclude with Eucharist. In between, the repeating pattern will be brief meditation followed by silence. After the concluding Eucharist, a simple lunch of soup and bread will be served in the Youth Center. Refreshments will also be available throughout the morning. Come for part or all of the morning.
