Blessing of the Animals
St. Francis of Assisi Celebration
All people who love animals, along with all pets and their human friends, are invited to this blessing, which focuses on God's gifts of animals, the natural world and our responsibilities as stewards of God's creation. Dogs, cats, gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs, sheep, birds and even snakes (yikes!), you bring them, we'll bless them!
