Another
Lenten season has flown by with your excellent help and “can-do” efforts. This
year we served 4909 plates, 2491 desserts, plus many frozen dinners and jars of
chocolate sauce. We will announce the final profit figures at the
luncheon.
To
celebrate the hard work of all our volunteers, Chairman Scott Carr and the
Steering Committee hope you will join us at a luncheon in your honor on Tuesday,
May 5th at 12 noon in the parish hall.
We
are thrilled and delighted to announce that Barbara and Lew Holley will be next
year’s chairmen. Always full of energy and good ideas, Barbara and Lew bring
their years of community volunteerism and Lenten Lunch experience to this
leadership role.
