With the broad theme
of "Shaping Public Discourse," this year's Eyes on Richmond schedule features
speakers on a range of issues, including the economy, our downtown arts scene,
the November elections, and more. Speakers are leaders in the community who
help shape the many public debates and conversations that matter to Richmond. Lunch is catered
by leading area restaurants. The audience is invited to actively participate in
the discussion each week, and a question-and-answer period follows the
presentation. This year marks St. Paul's 12th season hosting Eyes on Richmond.
